The slitter is divided into three parts

1. Feeding part: the main function is tension feeding and automatic deviation correction. With automatic loading arm, loading and unloading can save labor. The hydraulic cylinder is controlled by photoelectricity, matched with the rail and roller, and driven by deviation correction. The end face of the feeding air expansion shaft is provided with friction tension control, and the force can be adjusted.

2. Cloth inspection: Backlit cloth inspection is simple and intuitive.

3. Slitting and winding device: with 6 knives (flying knife, hard knife or double knife, motor 1400r/min), automatic lifting and convenient sharpening. The automatic feeding arm is easy to operate. Air expansion shaft or surface coiling is adopted for coiling, and the coiling speed is fast.
